William Harding was initiated into the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. on October 31, 2020 through the Tau Lambda Lambda Chapter in Southern Maryland. Brother Harding was raised in Portsmouth, VA and graduated from the Virginia Military institute (1990-1994).
